Access to the Prayer Barge

The Prayer Barge is light and airy and its acoustics are good. However, it is a boat on the water so it does move when boats pass. This might be a challenge for people with balance issues. The entry to the barge is down some wide steps with a hand rail on both sides to assist people. You’ll also need to step over a gap between the quayside and the barge. The gap can vary so please ask if you need the barge pulling close to the quay or need assistance to get on. There is a small toilet for emergency use. We do not have ramps or a lift for wheel chair users.
